Are your clients thinking of booking a private villa on their Turks & Caicos vacation? There are a variety of top-notch villas to choose from, and opting for this kind of holiday accommodation has its perks. To simplify your clients’ decision, we’ve created this sample itinerary of what they can expect from a private villa vacation in the Turks & Caicos.

Day 1

Touch down at the airport in Providenciales, where your clients will enjoy a meet-and-greet service and a private SUV transfer straight to their oceanfront villa. Traveling can be tiring, so they’ll enjoy a home-cooked meal tonight prepared by a pre-arranged private chef.

Day 2

There’s only one thing on the agenda today: Head to the beach. Your clients will spend the morning on Grace Bay, where they’ll swim, read and just relax. Back at the villa, lunch is already prepared and waiting upon their return (thanks, Chef!). After a blissful afternoon swimming in the pool, it’s time to get ready for their dinner reservations at the sinfully delicious Caicos Cafe. Tell your travelers to order the Provo Catch (fresh-caught fish served with potato au gratin and sauteed vegetables), or the homemade tortelli filled with five cheeses and roasted pumpkin. Every meal here is a good choice.

Day 3

You have a client who always feels their best after a morning of yoga, and today one of the island’s top yoga instructors is coming to the villa to help them stretch it out on the deck overlooking the ocean. After an energizing session, they’ll get ready for an afternoon paddleboarding tour in the mangroves, where they’ll likely spot a turtle or two.

Day 4

After all that physical activity yesterday, your client could use a spa day. Send them to the tranquil spa at The Palms for a blissful experience that will leave them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Make sure they indulge in one of the spa’s bespoke treatments, like Zareeba — an herbal steam cleansing, detoxification and meditative ritual. Spa visitors sit in an enclosed space with a clay pot of freshly brewed therapeutic herbs. After an hour of stirring the concoction to inhale the steam, they enjoy a cool-down with an hour massage with organic coconut oil. Time for an afternoon of swimming in the sea, watching the sunset on the beach in front of the villa, then enjoying a home-cooked meal prepared by the personal chef.

Day 5

Today’s another day of adventure. Your client will enjoy breakfast at the villa, then head out to Long Bay for some horseback riding on the beach with Provo Ponies. If weather permits, they’ll not only be riding along the shore (which is dreamy all on its own), but also in the sea. After their ride, they’ll head down to Flamingo Cafe on Grace Bay for a casual lunch (fish fingers, anyone?) and some drinks. Then it’s time to head back to the villa for showers and sundowners before heading off to dinner reservations at one of the top restaurants on the island for fine dining: Coco Bistro. Your clients will enjoy a meal here they won’t be able to stop raving about for months to come as they sip cocktails under twinkling lights and swaying palm trees.

Day 6

No way were your clients going to head home from this trip without getting on a boat. They’re capping this vacation off with a sail and snorkel aboard the Atabeyra, a spacious sailing vessel that’s popular with the locals. The captain will take them out to the reef for some snorkeling, then to a pristine beach straight out of a postcard on Half Moon Bay. Your clients will enjoy some lunch on the boat with a side of rum punch before sailing back to shore. Then it’s relaxing at the villa for a few hours before getting ready for a kid-free dinner: They have a nanny booked for the night. They’re heading to Bay Bistro for dinner on the beach — and we literally mean on the beach, with their toes in the sand.

Day 7

Time for a slow morning. These travelers had a full, albeit relaxing, week, and they deserve a few hours of quiet time. They’ll enjoy their coffee and breakfast outside so they soak up the last morning of that stunning beach view. And it’s time to go, but you’ve made it easy for them. All they have to do is pack, and there will be a car waiting outside the villa to take them back to the airport. It’s hard to say goodbye, but they already know they’ll be back. In fact, they’ve already had a peek in their calendar to start planning the next vacation…
